From the Directors:
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for entrusting your son to us, and for the many fine things you've said about Wildwood. We are eagerly looking forward to another wonderful summer in Maine. There are still a few openings available in the Cedar/Pines and Hemlocks, so if any of your friends have been curious about Wildwood, please urge them to contact us as soon as possible.

Departure and Return Dates:
We will be traveling to Wildwood this year on Sunday, June 29th, and returning on Friday, August 15th (if your not joining us for Father/Son Post Camp), Exact details will be sent to you in future mailings.

Visiting Days: You are all invited to spend a day with your son(s) in the beautiful woods of Maine on either Friday, July 25th or Saturday, July 26th. If you are unable to attend on those days, you are welcome to join us on any day, obviously just call us in advance to plan a date that’s convenient. Parents with brothers attending Wildwood are welcome to join us for both visiting days.

Camper Outfit and Uniform:
Once again, Cloz Company will be our exclusive camp outfitter. In February you will get a beautiful new catalogue with a detailed list of all the necessary clothing and equipment for the upcoming summer. There will also be a link to Cloz Co. with this summer’s clothing list and order forms here. And…..don’t forget, Tri-Staters can go to the Cloz Superstore in Rye to see and try on everything first hand. In an effort to keep our campers cool and dry, we have redeisgned our intercamp jerseys with the new microfiber type material worn by professional athletes today. Veteran campers do not need to switch to the new uniforms and buy the new style. But, if your son(s) have outgrown the "old" Wildwood jersey, we hope you like the new style and material.

Extra Programs:
There has been an outstanding response to the additional programs in the Wildwood curriculum. If you are interested in either Tennis Plus, Golf on the Links, Ice Hockey, or the 22nd Annual Father/Son Post Camp, please send in your registration form as soon as possible, as most of these programs fill up very quickly!!

All forms and information are listed under "Special Programs" on the For Parents page of this site.

Second Deposit:
Just a reminder that the second deposit of $1500.00 is due by December 1st.

Updating Information:
Please inform us of any changes you may have incurred since you filled out the camp application. These changes may include e-mail address, phone numbers (home, work, summer or cell) or home address. You can call or email us of any changes.

Travel and Accommodations for Parents' Visiting Day:
The drive to camp is pleasant, all on highways, with the exact directions being sent to you in July. The nearest commercial airport to Wildwood is in Portland, and is serviced by Delta, Continental, US Air and Jet Blue. Rental cars are available from Hertz, Avis, Budget, and National, and the one hour drive from the airport to camp is pretty simple. Perhaps it’s more convenient to fly to Boston and drive from there (about 150 miles).

AS ALL CAMPS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SHARE THE SAME VISITING WEEKEND, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR TRAVEL PLANS IMMEDIATELY, ESPECIALLY RESERVING FLIGHTS AND CAR RENTALS.

The list of accommodations below is small and many of the places may already be booked so may we suggest that you get in touch with the Maine Innkeepers Association (207) 865-6100. Or, we suggest you GOOGLE Bridgton Maine Inns and Hotels for comprehensive list of Maine’s Bed and Breakfast Inns, Lodges, and Hotels.
