Maples Turn!

It was wet one at Camp Wildwood today, but that didn’t stop the boys from having a lot of fun! The Sycamores and Sequoias spent their final days in Bar Harbor and Boston. After breakfast, the Maples took off for Burlington on their four day Vermont adventure. A full camp meeting at the flag pole was followed up by scrambled eggs and bacon plus fruit, yogurt and cereal. From there, everyone went down to the bunks to clean before morning activities.

Before the rain came, the boys were able to participate in basketball, BMX, soccer, arts and crafts, sailing, pickle ball, ping pong and waterski. We had fish nuggest and chips plus veggies and salad for lunch followed by rest hour. The boys kept busy in the afternoon as we sent a 10U soccer team and 11U hoops out of camp for some games.

For dinner, we had steak fajitas! Evening activity was a mix of classic games like steal the bacon, capture the flag, hunger games, and more.
